We try to ship items in stock within 24 hours of receipt of order unless we are in the October Halloween Madness...we will send an immediate email if we do not have an item and will let you know your options...but in the Halloween season, we will ship within 2 business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
1.Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the original order date.
NOTE: Orders placed between October 10th and November 1st are not eligible for a refund.
2.Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
3.Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item(s), please call us @ 817.416.0063 to indicate an exchange and get the items back to us within 14 days of your original order date.
Defective Items: If there is a problem with your order, contact a customer care representative within 14 days of the original order date.While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive the product(s) you ordered in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen.We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.Defective or incorrect orders are available for exchange only during blackout dates.
